At KICKSBYN8, every pair of shoes is hand customized to order. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final.

That means:

• No returns – we do not accept returns once an order has been placed.

• No exchanges – sizing and design choices are confirmed before production, so we cannot offer exchanges.

• No cancellations – once your order is confirmed, work begins right away and cannot be stopped or refunded.

If there is ever an issue with workmanship or a mistake on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shoes so we can review and make it right.
